NextWho Systems LLC sells NextWho as a software subscription. There are no physical returns. This page sets out the refund terms in plain English.
Subscriptions
NextWho is sold with monthly or annual billing. Payment terms are Net-0 upon invoice, processed by Stripe. 15% reduction for annual upfront billing.
Trial
NextWho offers a 14-day limited access trial; credit card required for activation.
Monthly plans
Monthly plans: no refund after 7 days of use.
Annual plans
Annual plans: pro-rated refunds only within the first 30 days of a billing cycle.
